Used in our flagship brand, Tea Gardens Kombucha, organic green is the foundation of our kombucha due to the antioxidant levels being very high. During the fermentation process there is no loss of the benefits of the green tea as the Kombucha consumes only the nitrogen & caffeine from the tea leaves. It provides our Kombucha the perfect companion to ensure all the goodness is passed onto to our customers in every bottle!
Flavouring
Our brew is sweetened with Organic Fermented Glucose [which cannot be metabolised] and then the flavour is added. All flavour profiles are in the form of an essence and have been approved by Australian Certified Organic. Any carbohydrate is the starch from the culture itself. Organic sugar is consumed during the fermenting process.
