Used in our flagship brand, Tea Gardens Kombucha and Kombucha Max, due to the antioxidant levels being very high. During the ferment there is not loss of the benefits of the tea as the Kombucha consume only the nitrogen & caffeine from the tea leaves.
Our brew is sweetened with Organic Fermented Glucose [which cannot be metabolised] and then the flavour is added. All flavour profiles are in the form of an essence and have been approved by Australian Certified Organic. Any carbohydrate is the starch from the culture itself. Organic sugar is consumed during the fermenting process.
