Shipping Policy
Please note that all parcels are delivered with “Authority to Leave if not Home” (orders do not require signatures), as registered delivery is not included with our delivery service. This prevents anyone having to be home when their drinks arrive.
– Your order will be delivered by Aramex unless it is stated as being delivered by Hawks Transport on your order/invoice. If your parcels are being delivered by Hawks Transport, you should receive delivery within two days. If your parcel is being delivered by Aramex, you will receive an email or SMS from our courier company on the day that your parcel is onboard for delivery. You will then receive another email or SMS once the delivery has been completed. Please check your “junk” inbox regularly to make sure your message has not gone there. It is important you check every day or so until your item arrives so you can be aware of any issues related to your delivery.
– Whilst every effort is made to deliver door to door, there are instances where our courier’s policies will override this. In these instances, the courier will normally leave a card and/or your delivery will be taken to the nearest Parcel Connect/Collect Hub location.
– Our couriers cannot make phone calls upon OR prior to delivery. Please use the automated email or SMS as your primary form of notification upon receiving a delivery.
– Our Deliveries are normally scheduled to be delivered Monday to Friday, but we cannot allocate a time to your delivery or request a time for delivery.
– Most delivery drops are to the front door. *Alternative delivery instructions can be accommodated but it will always remain up to driver discretion and will be left in a default drop zone if they cannot be followed.
– Drop off Zones must be well lit, offer unobstructed pathways and free from loose animals (drivers will not enter with dogs present). Carrying heavy parcels up multiple flights of stairs may also impede delivery to your door.
– Drop spot / protocol: Apartment complexes: If accessible drivers will take to the unit door. If secure they will leave under the intercom.
– Drivers will never enter a customer’s property including opening garage doors and placing inside of garage doors. Drivers will not drop items over fences, particularly high or solid fences that they cannot see through.
– Longer driveways will be accessed at driver discretion *unpaved, long, dimly lit, and steep driveways all present an increased risk of vehicles getting stuck and drivers are encouraged to be cautious. Rule of thumb: If we cannot see the house from the road we will leave at the safest spot near the road.

If an order is made up of multiple items, and an item is out of stock, the order will not be shipped until all items are available for dispatch. If items are out of stock, a back order may be created and any available items may be shipped, depending on quantity.
DELIVERY AREAS
Delivery is available to all capital cities [except Darwin] and the zones covered by the following Aramex depot areas:
*Albury * Bendigo * Canberra * Central Coast * Coffs Harbour * Geelong * Gold Coast * Newcastle * Northern Rivers * Port Macquarie * Sunshine Coast * Toowoomba * Wollongong *
Due to massive increases in shipping rates, there are areas within Australian Borders that are exempt from our included delivery zones. These are either off the mainland of Australia (with the exception of Hobart Tasmania), and will attract additional charges due to their remoteness from the mainland. This may even include some regional areas of Australia.
Some of these areas include: Nhulunbuy, Normanton, Ocean View, Macleay Island, Russell Island, Thursday Island group and anywhere north of these territories. If your suburb falls into one of these remote areas, we regret that we either may be unable to supply you with our Kombucha, or that by placing your order, you agree to be responsible for any additional charges imposed by the remote onforwarding agent.
AM I IN ONE OF THESE AREAS?
Generally, if our system will not accept your shipping address on your online order, you probably fall within one of these areas.
If you live remotely, and are unsure your area would be covered by our delivery zones, please contact us before you order via [email protected] with your full shipping street address and we can check. If you fall outside of our normal delivery zones, we can obtain a quote for you for subsidized freight with our courier service.
