This Privacy Policy protects your privacy in personal information about you which we may obtain when you seek to access and use our website. It does not apply to corporate information. Details of our information practices specific to particular services are provided when you request the service and may override this policy.
Shipping Policy
Please note that all parcels are delivered with “Authority to Leave if not Home”, as registered delivery is not included with our free service. Whilst every effort is made to deliver door to door, there are instances where our courier’s policies will override this (including unleashed animals in the perimeter of your property). In these instances, the courier will normally leave a card and/or your delivery will be taken to the nearest Parcel Connect/Collect location.
If your parcels are being delivered by Aramex, you will receive an email from Aramex when your parcel is collected from our warehouse so you can track your delivery. Please check your “junk” inbox if you do not receive your email. It is important you check this regularly until your item arrives so you can be aware of any issues related to your delivery.
If your parcels are being delivered by Hawks Transport, you should receive delivery within two days.

*LIMITED NATIONWIDE DELIVERY – Terms & Conditions
Unfortunately there are areas within Australian Borders that are exempt from “free delivery” that are either off the mainland of Australia (with the exception of Tasmania), or will attract additional charges due to their remoteness on the mainland. If you live remotely, and are unsure your area would receive free delivery, please contact us before you order via [email protected] – and we can check with our courier service.

As advised some of these areas include: Nhulunbuy, Normanton, Ocean View, Macleay Island, Russell Island, Thursday Island group and anywhere north of these territories. If your suburb falls into one of these remote areas, we regret that we either may be unable to supply you with our Kombucha, or that by placing your order, you agree to be responsible for any additional charges imposed by the remote onforwarding agent.

Credit Card Payments
Under no circumstances will your credit card information be given to any person, and will be used solely by Tea Gardens Kombucha only for the specific purpose for which it was given. Customers receive a Tax Invoice with the delivery of their goods.
Credit card payments are processed using 128bit security encryption when communicating with our bank and are not stored on our servers after payment has been approved.
Customers receive a Tax Invoice electronically as a PDF file once their order has been approved.
Security and confidentiality
We have implemented procedures and installed equipment to safeguard the security and confidentiality of your information. When connected to our website to place orders, your order information is submitted to Tea Gardens Kombucha via our secure web pages which utilise 128bit encryption. We continually review these arrangements to ensure we are doing all that is reasonably and technically feasible to protect your information, although we cannot guarantee that it is totally protected from hackers or misuse.
Access
If you believe any information we have obtained concerns you as an individual, you may request us for access to this information and, if we are reasonably able to do so, we will give you this access. If you want to access this information, please send your request to [email protected].
