Tea Gardens Kombucha’s ‘Sugar Free Squad’ Rewards Program is offered by ScobyOz Pty Ltd (ABN 83 164 512 369) trading as Tea Gardens Kombucha, and also known as Australian Organic Beverages to any customers making purchases on teagardenskombucha.com.au, that choose to join up.

For members of this program, we will extend certain rewards and special offers. Please note, by agreeing to join, you acknowledge Tea Gardens Kombucha may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, and or any other feature of the Program, as well as these Terms and Conditions at its discretion at any time and in any manner with or without notice.

By opting into the ‘Sugar Free Squad’ you have agreed to receive our marketing communications, which include members only promotions, the opportunity to earn reward to use for rewards offers, special promotions, and more.

By participating in the Program, you hereby agree to our terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions. Each Member is responsible for understanding and accepting the Program’s Terms and Conditions, and that Tea Gardens Kombucha reserves the right to remove Members who we have deemed to violate any of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is currently not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or anyone other than an individual.

Tea Gardens Kombucha reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the appropriate enrolment procedures. Nor are we responsible if the customer does update their account details, which may result in the customer forfeiting or not obtaining their rewards.

As a member of the Tea Gardens Kombucha’s ‘Sugar Free Squad’ you can accumulate and redeem rewards points for various activities and purchases.

Our ‘Sugar Free Squad’ Rewards Program was designed to thank and reward our loyal customers with exclusive offers, news on new products, and points you can redeem for products.

New and existing loyalty program members should refer to the below for information regarding how to use their earned points and the conditions of use.

A current, valid email address is required for a customer to be eligible for these benefits, offers and updates. Members are responsible to notify Tea Gardens Kombucha of any change of email address and other details, by updating their Member account information online, via the MY ACCOUNT dashboard.

Reward points will be valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of issue, after the expiry date you won’t be able to access or redeem those points.

Birthday vouchers will be rewarded on the day of members’ birthday, given their birthday has been provided/updated in their account 30 days prior to their birthday, please note this optional, however you will not receive a birthday reward without updating your date of birth, in the MY ACCOUNT section of our site.

Rewards points are NOT redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable and are only redeemable to purchase from Tea Gardens Kombucha’s website.

With respect “Reward Points” earned, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sugar Free Squad Rewards Points have no “real world” or cash value;
  • Sugar Free Squad Rewards Points have no purpose or use except in exchange for products or discounts (if any) offered by Tea Gardens Kombucha.
  • Points are earned on the purchase price (excluding GST) and will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.
  • You do not earn points on shipping costs.
  • Points are earned on gift card purchases.
  • The amount of a purchase made using a Tea Gardens Kombucha gift card as a method of payment will not be applied to your points earnings.
  • Points are earned on gift card purchases.
  • Returns must be made in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy. Upon the return of an item/s, the points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
  • Special Bonus Rewards that will be displayed in addition to our set rewards on the WAYS TO EARN PAGE may be time-sensitive or available only in limited quantities.
  • Your Points cannot be redeemed by any person or entity other than Tea Gardens Kombucha, or sold or otherwise transferred, or redeemed for cash;
  • Upon termination of your registration or closing cancelling your membership for any reason, all Rewards Points will be lost regardless of how they were acquired by you; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or reinstated if you decide to re-join at a later date.
  • Points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements as established and intended by Tea Gardens Kombucha, and you shall not attempt to earn Points by any means (including without limitation, by using any script, bot, or other automated and unlawful means) that only simulates compliance with the applicable requirements; and
  • Tea Gardens Kombucha’s determination of rewards points allocated to you hereunder shall be final and binding.

The terms and conditions pertaining to the ‘Sugar Free Squad’ Rewards Program may be updated by Tea Gardens Kombucha at any time, so please refer this page regularly for updates.

What is the Sugar Free Squad?

The Sugar Free Squad is our VIP loyalty program, and our way saying thanks to you, our amazing customers. You can earn points for various activities such as referrals and purchases. You can then use you points to buy your favourite drinks.

Who can join?

Anyone who signs up for an account on our site can join.

How much does it cost to join?

Joining the ‘Sugar Free Squad’ is free.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including making purchases and referring your friends. To see all the ways you can earn points, sign into your account, click on the ‘Sugar Free Squad’ tab in the top right corner of our site and then click on ‘Ways to Earn’. You can also check that page any time to find out about any of our additional bonus points offers.

How do I view my points balance?

Sign into your account, click on the ‘Sugar Free Squad’ tab in the top right corner of our site and then click on ‘Redeem Your Rewards’ and you will see you points balance, offers available to unlock, and your points history.

How do I redeem my points?

When you’re logged into your account, select the tab called ‘Get Rewards’. Here you’ll see all the rewards we have on offer. As soon as you have enough points, you can click UNLOCK and redeem them for a reward.

How long do my SFS points last for?

Your points will be valid for 2 years from the date you have earned them.

Any discount vouchers you earn, will be sent to your inbox and be valid for 30 days from the date issued, no rainchecks.

How can I use my points during checkout?

When you have enough points to redeem a reward, your rewards options will appear in the ‘Redeem Your Rewards’ section. Click the green UNLOCK button to get your special code or copy and paste the reward code under Coupon Rewards in the ‘Apply Coupon’ box in your shopping cart, then click to apply and the rewards will be added to you cart, and you can then proceed to checkout. We may also email you to let you know you have earned a new reward.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! The more you spend, the more you earn, and the more free bevies you can redeem them for.

Can I use my points for shipping?

No, our *flat rate shipping cost of $6.00 will be added to your cart on checkout.

I completed an activity/made a purchase but didn’t earn points

Please be aware that it can sometimes take a few minutes for our system to update your purchases and allocate your points to your account.

The points earned on my order don’t match how much I spent.

Reward points are earned on the purchase price (excluding GST) and will be rounded down to the nearest dollar, there are also no points earned on shipping costs or purchasing products using a gift card.

What happens if I cancel or get a refund on an order?

Any points you may have earned on an order that you have cancelled or has been refunded, will be deducted from your points tally.

Do I need to provide my date of birth to join the Sugar Free Squad?

Providing your date of birth is optional, if you don’t provide it, you can still earn points on purchases and other activities, you just won’t get your $20 birthday voucher each year.

What do you do with my personal information?

We only collect the information we need to provide our service, and allow you to earn rewards, for more information about how we collect, use, and store your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How do I leave the Sugar Free Squad?

To remove yourself from the Sugar Free Squad, you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, if you would like to remove all information from our database, please contact us to delete your account, however you will lose all your points, upon exit.

What happens if I leave and decide to re-join?

You are more than welcome to leave the Sugar Free Squad and re-join any time thereafter, however you will need to sign up for a new account and your points balance will start back at zero.
