Dr. David Perlmutter, renowned neurologist and author of “Brain Maker” says Kombucha is “A powerful fermented food that brings important probiotic strains to your gut, Kombucha should absolutely have a place at your table. And if you’re concerned about the sugar content in Kombucha, you shouldn’t be.”
Hi, we’ve been buying your kombucha for many years & have just our church publish a directive to members to cease drinking green tea.
As your kombucha is made from green tea & we love it, would you give your estimate of the caffeine content of say your 350ml ACV drink. I appreciate that your estimated alcohol content is only 0.5% so am deeply concerned that such a directive doesn’t really apply to your Tea Gardens kombucha from a negative.e health point of view.
Whilst there are many benefits to be obtained from drinking your kombucha are you aware of any other good health negatives that would prevent us from continuing to drink it on a daily basis?
Many thanks, Rob
